Regional Contracts Leader – Civils & Utilities (P&L)

Enable, a growing infrastructure contractor, delivers civils, power networks, rail and utilities across the UK. The Contracts Manager is accountable for safe, profitable, high‑quality delivery of the civils portfolio across England & Wales, with P&L ownership and client relationships; travel to London and UK sites is required.

We seek a candidate with 10+ years delivering multi‑disciplinary civils projects, P&L responsibility of £15m+ turnover, and strong NEC3/NEC4 and JCT contracting knowledge.
