Operations Lead: Commercial Systems & AI Automation

Foundation Partners in partnership with Fidus seeks an Operations Lead to own the commercial, contractual and administrative machinery of the business. This role focuses on building systems, automating processes, and adopting AI tools to scale as the company grows.

You will coordinate risk, onboarding, commercial structures, and trackers, reporting to the Managing Director. Hybrid Putney location with a £50k-£70k salary.
