Night Duty Manager – Lead a Busy Store (11pm-6am)

SPAR Fairfield is seeking a dynamic Duty Manager at the Battlefield store. You will lead during Duty Manager shifts, ensure safe, legal operations, and drive customer service excellence while supporting the Store Manager.

The role involves managing a team, coaching colleagues, and maintaining KPI performance in a fast-paced retail environment. Minimum 24 hours weekly with night shifts.
