Lead Maintenance Engineer – FMCG Plant, Day/Night Leadership

Avara Foods is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer for our Telford site. Based in a fast-paced FMCG factory, you will deputise for the shift manager, lead the team of engineers, optimise machinery output and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.

The role is 40 hours a week on day and night shifts. You should be time-served with an engineering apprenticeship, have strong fault-finding skills, experience with CMMS and drive continuous improvement across the site.
