Railway Managing Quantity Surveyor – Lead Procurement & Commercial

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor for a Rail Depot project near Colchester. The role requires extensive experience in the railway sector and a track record as Senior or Managing QS. The contract is NEC Option A with a circa £40m value, and salary is up to £65k plus package.

You will lead procurement of subcontractors, manage packages, and control cost and programme changes through to final accounts. Candidates with MRICS or MCInstCES membership are preferred.
