Senior Completions Officer – Bridging & Real Estate Finance

Buckden Partners in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Completions Officer to manage the full loan lifecycle from offer to drawdown and ongoing servicing on bridging projects. You will work with solicitors, borrowers and brokers to ensure conditions are met and draws are released on time.

You will also oversee loan servicing, further advances, redemptions and arrears, coordinating with solicitors and treasury. Strong organisation, attention to detail and clear communication are essential.
