Apprenticeship & Graduate Schemes Delivery Lead

Network Rail in the United Kingdom is seeking a leader to manage the day-to-day delivery of the apprenticeship and graduate schemes, including training delivery and end point assessment (EPA). You will run mentor/buddy programmes to deliver best-in-class interventions and establish a safeguarding culture across the learner journey.

Delivering schemes with safety in mind, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enrich content and monitor progress against KPIs.
