Senior Geophysicist & Lead Archaeology Surveys

Headland Archaeology is seeking a Principal Geophysicist to lead geophysical surveys across the UK and EU. Based in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire or Boxworth, Cambridgeshire, with nationwide travel and a six-month probation.

You will oversee processing, interpretation, reports, and tender input, using magnetometry, electromagnetic methods, GPR, earth resistance, and metal detection. A minimum of five years in commercial archaeological geophysics and prior senior experience are required.
