Job Description:
TP ICAP is seeking an AI-augmented Business Analyst for the Corporate Functions Technology team in Belfast. You will combine traditional BA disciplines with AI-enabled workflows to drive productivity, quality and speed of delivery across Brokerage & Pricing delivery portfolios.
You will elicit requirements, map processes, and lead workshops while using AI tools to extract logic from legacy codebases, document mappings, and provide rapid evidence-based answers to business questions.
