Job Description:
Scope’s Dartford shop is looking for a hands-on Shop Manager to lead a team of paid staff and volunteers, inspire performance and deliver a warm, inclusive shopping experience. You’ll drive sales growth, oversee stock and online listings, recruit and develop people, and work closely with the Assistant Shop Manager in a busy community charity setting.
This permanent role is 35 hours a week, based at 26 High Street, Dartford, DA1 1BZ, with a DBS check and a salary of £25,172.40 per year.
