Hybrid Banking Counsel, VP — Loans & Corporate Banking

Mizuho EMEA in London seeks a commercially minded banking lawyer to provide English law advice for the Japanese corporate client business of Mizuho Bank Ltd., London Branch, Mizuho International plc and Mizuho Bank Europe N.V. within the EMEA region.

The role covers bilateral and syndicated loans, guarantees and related banking products, while collaborating with front office, credit, risk and operations teams, and supporting Mizuho entities across jurisdictions.
