In-Store Sales & Customer Experience Specialist

Lush Exeter is seeking a Sales Assistant to welcome customers and deliver a fun, engaging shopping experience. You’ll use product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations, perform product demonstrations, and hand out tailored samples.

Working with a close-knit team, you’ll help drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events. You’ll also manage stock and displays, with flexible shifts and a Living Wage-based hourly rate, plus opportunities for bonuses.
