TAP Driver Trainer UK – Shunter Training & Safety Coach

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Driver Trainer to coordinate and deliver training for the Transportation Associate Programme (TAP) and In House Shunting (IHS) drivers across the UK. The role includes initial training, refreshers and coaching in yards and classrooms, with travel to support regional clusters.

You will partner with safety, operations and learning teams to maintain high training standards, audit metrics, and develop ambassadors who can coach local teams.
