LGV Driver Training Lead for Safety & Compliance

GXO Middleton is seeking a Driver Trainer to lead end-to-end driver training, ensuring compliance and high safety standards across our North area operations. You will train drivers at the Middleton site, delivering CPC, onboarding, and ongoing development while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires proven LGV driving experience, a valid CPC, and a Train the Trainer qualification or willingness to achieve one.
