Hospital Chef: Therapeutic Diets & HACCP-Driven Meals

Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Chef to support the Deputy Head of Catering, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service for patients, staff and visitors. You will uphold food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety practices.

You will assist in preparing, cooking and serving meals, manage records, follow safety systems and train kitchen staff, while ensuring efficient use of ingredients and stock control.
