Job Coach for SEND Learners: Launch Careers

Cornwall College is seeking passionate Job Coaches to support learners with SEND, helping them transition from college to employment through coaching and work experience placements.

You will work with multi-agency teams and local employers, require Level 2 English and Maths, a Level 3 Award in Education & Training or willingness to study, and a driving licence for travel. The role is fixed term until May 2027 with term-time/part-time hours and a generous benefits package.
