Customer Service & Account Support Advisor

Marley, part of Marshalls plc, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Burton-on-Trent site. This office-based role (Mon-Fri) involves handling enquiries for a dedicated group of account holders, working alongside an Area Sales Advisor to deliver high service levels.

You’ll build relationships, manage queries end-to-end, and proactively improve customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.
