Assertive Outreach Mental Health Nurse – Clinical Lead Path

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is launching an Assertive Outreach Team to roll out a county-wide service across Peterborough and Cambridge. You will provide clinical nursing expertise within an MDT to support patients with complex needs.

The role offers development opportunities in clinical management and potential progression, working within partnership with health and social care colleagues to deliver intensive community-based mental health care.
