Pensions Helpline Specialist — Hybrid (Birmingham)

Barnett Waddingham is seeking Helpline Operators to join our Pensions Administration team on a hybrid basis in our Birmingham office. You will handle high volumes of calls from clients and scheme members with professionalism and care, supported by a strong team.

Key duties include timely call handling, email inquiries, note-taking, and applying business continuity procedures. Prior customer service or call handling experience is preferred, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
