The Role
You will work closely with the partners and associates and have a high level of responsibility. The role will encompass both transactional work (including PE, M&A and Capital Markets) and know-how.
The Requirements
- 12 months corporate paralegal experience
- Native or Fluent Italian
- Willingness to work long hours where needed
