Patient Appointment Coordinator

NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group is seeking an Office Based Booking Officer to provide a booking service for all Outpatient referrals and organise appointments to meet NHS targets. This role is office-based and full-time.

Key duties include registering referrals, booking and rescheduling appointments, handling outbound and inbound calls, and developing awareness of medical terminology to support accurate booking.
