Complex Care Carer – Driver for Brain Injury

OneCall24 Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to provide complex care in Bridgewater. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor the client’s condition, and ensure comfort and safety across day and night shifts, including every other weekend. Driving is required.

The role supports a client with an acquired brain injury; carers will work closely with family to deliver person-centered care and promote independence with a personalized plan.
