The role
- Act as the link between apprentices, employers, and tutors.
- Support communication between site-based learning and college delivery.
- Help ensure apprentices are progressing effectively throughout their programme.
- Work closely with tutors while they manage centre-based and day-release delivery.
- Engage with employers to support learner progress and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor learner development and help identify any concerns or support needs.
- Support a growing Construction apprenticeship provision.

The person
- Strong background within Construction.
- Confident engaging with apprentices, employers, and internal teaching teams.
- Organised, proactive, and able to support learner progress.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
- Good understanding of apprenticeships and employer relationships.
- Construction knowledge across relevant trades would be highly valuable.
- Reliable, consistent, and committed to quality.
- Passionate about coaching, supporting, and developing learners.
