Teaching Personnel is recruiting for Unqualified Teacher/Cover Supervisor roles across Chelmsford and surrounding areas in Essex. This position offers 37.5 hours per week on a 120–160 GBP daily rate depending on experience and qualifications, with start ASAP.

No teaching qualification is required—candidates should have recent, relevant experience with young people and a degree. You will support multiple year groups, manage behaviour, and work with prepared lesson plans in schools.
