Student Employability Coach – Transform Work Experience

The Bedford College Group is hiring a Job Coach for Central Bedfordshire College – Dunstable Kingsway Campus. The role is permanent and term-time, 30 hours per week across 36 weeks per year. Salary ranges from £24,522 to £26,754 per annum (pro rata) with pension, discounts, and development opportunities.

You will develop employer links, support learners with placements, assess progress, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain compliance.
