Job Description:
The Grand Hotel Birmingham is recruiting for a kitchen role as a Commis Chef looking to progress, or a Demi Chef de Partie ready to advance. You will work in a luxury hotel kitchen, preparing dishes for Isaacs and private events, while developing your skills with guidance from experienced chefs.
We require a background in busy kitchens, a Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification is desirable, and a flexible approach to shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
