St Austell Brewery is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Stylish Samuel Jones to lead a busy pub team and support the General Manager. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, uphold standards, and manage frontline operations with a focus on excellence.

You’ll oversee service, assist in kitchen coordination, and ensure cash handling and admin are performed accurately, with a view to developing towards GM responsibilities.
