Assertive Outreach Community Mental Health Nurse

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an experienced Community Mental Health Nurse for the Assertive Outreach South team. The post involves delivering intensive community-based mental health care, speaking and coordinating with a multidisciplinary network, and deputising for the Team Leader to support junior staff.

The role requires RNMH and current NMC registration, with CPD and a relevant post-graduate qualification.
