Our Restaurant Hub in London is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple brands under one roof, including Carluccio’s Caffe, Slim Chickens, Ed’s Easy Diner, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, and Harry Ramsden’s. We are focused on delivering memorable dining experiences for every guest.

You will train and supervise teams, implement SMART business plans to boost sales and performance, maintain food safety and quality standards, and drive guest satisfaction.
