Bank Support Worker: Grow, Learn & Make a Difference

Voyage Care in Southwick is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help residents at Chantry Gardens gain independence and improve daily living skills. You will support personal care, promote community involvement, and assist with activities in a compassionate, hands-on environment.

Role requires resilience, flexibility, and experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans. Driving licence preferred; sleep-ins paid per night. This is a bank/relief position at Chantry Gardens, Southwick.
