Deputy Home Care Manager — Growth & Quality Lead

AQS Homecare are looking to recruit a deputy manager to support the registered manager by providing day-to-day running of the provision of care services on behalf of the Company. Delivering on growth targets.

Ensuring that you abide by all company policies, processes and procedures to enable the Company to comply with its legislative and ethical duties. You will manage staffing, oversee quality assurance and maintain strong relationships with Local Authority and NHS contracts.
