FM Conway is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our Aggregate and Asphalt division at the new Wellingborough site. This hands-on role involves operating the asphalt plant, mobile plant machinery, and weighbridge activities to keep the site running safely and efficiently.
The position is full-time and permanent, with initial training across our Southeast sites and a plan to supervise the new plant from day one when it opens in 2027.
