Horizon Homecare, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Part-time Support Worker for our Supported Living facilities. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs within a supported living environment.
You’ll work across shifts, build independence and daily living skills, and help clients access community activities. Weekend availability and a DBS check are required, with training opportunities offered.
