Support Worker (Driver) – Transform Lives in Care

Voyage Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for our Bursledon residence in Southampton. The role covers 24 hours per week (part-time) or 35/42 hours per week (full-time), with shifts from 7:30 am–3:30 pm or 3 pm–10 pm.

Driving a UK manual license is required to support residents in the community and activities. You’ll work with a friendly team to help people gain independence, teach life skills, and participate in daily activities; DBS checks and references will be required.
