Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Ongoing Role, with opportunities on Temp to Perm
Overview
We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy and expanding cladding manufacturer in the Chorley area. This is an excellent long‑term opportunity with full training provided and genuine prospects for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Using hand and power tools including industrial saws and drills
- Cutting materials to specific measurements
- Framing, stacking and general assembly tasks
- Reading and understanding production paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Working Environment
This is a physically demanding position within a dusty, wet and cold manufacturing environment.
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is beneficial but not essential
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
