Residential LD Support Worker – Make a Difference

Cygnet Group at Devon Lodge is seeking a confident Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join a friendly team. The role involves delivering person-centred, supportive care to adults with autism and learning disabilities, helping them live more independently and safely.

You will work across daytime shifts on a 42-hour contract with a 7-day rota, including two weekends per month, and you will receive coaching, supervision and development opportunities within a caring environment.
