Home Health Support Worker – Flexible Shifts & Training

Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Healthcare Support Workers to join the Hospital at Home and frailty service across Eastleigh and Lymington. You’ll deliver care in patients’ homes, performing basic health observations and supporting rehabilitation in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with shift patterns from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, including up to two weekends per month.
