Therapeutic Residential Caregiver for LD Youth

Family Care is seeking a dedicated Residential Childcare Worker to join our LD Children’s Home in Wythenshawe, Manchester. You will deliver daily care, support learning, and help young people reach their potential within our therapeutic model.

We look for empathy, patience, and a positive attitude, plus NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards). The role includes sleep-ins, weekend shifts, and strong teamwork in a warm, supportive environment.
