Home Care Assistant — Flexible Shifts & Free Training

Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes across the Bridgwater area. Role focuses on personal care, daily task assistance and delivering compassionate, person-centred care to help clients stay independent and comfortable.

No prior experience is required; full, free training is provided and career progression toward QCF Level 5 is supported. Weekend work is required on alternate weekends, with day shifts in mornings and evenings.
