Public Sector Mobilisation & Transition Lead

Aspire Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Immobilisation and Transition Manager for an initial 6-month FTC, with potential extension. The role requires immediate availability and proven delivery of mobilisation and transition in complex public sector contracts.

You will lead mobilisation, stabilisation and transition activities, establish governance, reporting, and client service readiness, and ensure go-live readiness before BAU handover.
