Hybrid Area Manager – Highways & Transport Delivery

Matchtech seeks an experienced Highway Engineer / Transport Planner to act as Area Manager for the DMI team. You will lead engineers, manage complex transport/highways challenges, and be accountable to stakeholders and partners.

The role supports a hybrid office/home pattern (3 days London/Stevenage, 2 days from home) with strong project management and staff development responsibilities. Significant client liaison and technical advisory work are expected.
