Teaching Assistant – SEND & Personal Care Support

Wayland Academy in Tetford is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils, including those with personal care needs. You will work 32.5 hours per week over 39 weeks, starting September 2026.

This role requires an enthusiastic individual with a passion for motivating students and contributing to the academy’s vision and values. You’ll help facilitate learning and provide various forms of support to ensure students thrive academically and socially.
