Luxury Buying Admin & Trade Support (Hybrid)

MR PORTER is looking for a talented and highly organised Buying Administration Assistant to join our Buying team. This role works closely with the Senior Buyer to ensure accuracy across systems, suppliers and product processes.

Location: Westfield, Shepherds Bush London. Hybrid work: 4 days in office, 1 from home. You will manage purchase orders, onboard suppliers and support stock management while developing strong administrative and commercial skills in luxury fashion.
