Fitness Club Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Member Experience

The Gym Group is seeking a Fitness Manager to support the General Manager at Barrow-in-Furness. You will lead the gym team, drive member engagement and uphold high service standards in daily operations.

With flex contracts available, you will develop the class timetable, supervise trainers, manage rosters and safety checks, and offer personal training within your hours to grow the gym’s performance and member satisfaction.
