Night Healthcare Assistant (12h Shifts) – Paid Training

Optimum Care Group is seeking a Healthcare Assistant (Nights) to join Burleigh Hill House in Carrickfergus. The role covers three 12-hour night shifts per week, with an 8pm–8am schedule and a focus on personal care and daily living activities.

The position offers an hourly rate of £12.81, paid training, a pension, free uniform and parking, and access to support services. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Experience in nursing home settings is desirable; NISCC registration is preferred.
