Organ & Transplant Operations Coordinator (24/7)

NHS Blood and Transplant in the UK is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the organ donation and transplantation pathway. This non-clinical role focuses on coordinating administration, matching and allocating organs, and maintaining essential IT systems 24/7 across the UK, ROI and European exchanges.

You will work in a busy, call-centre–style environment, using strong communication and IT skills to ensure timely information and smooth logistics for transplant teams and recipients.
