Vita Group in Lewisham is seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to deliver a premium, home-from-home experience for residents while ensuring the site and facilities are maintained to the highest standards during night hours.
You will provide exceptional, personalised service, greet residents warmly, manage parcels, conduct regular walks, handle incidents, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the site on a Fri–Mon night schedule from 9pm to 7:30am.
