Marston’s Plc is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our friendly pub team. You’ll lead from the front, motivate staff, and deliver memorable guest experiences, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around to keep service smooth and guests coming back for more.

You’ll support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs, inspire your team on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising for the GM. Our Aspire programme can develop you toward a General Manager role.
