Community Support Worker: Impact Lives, Flexible Hours

Baker Snell in Kingsbridge is looking for a Support Worker for Community Outreach to help people live independently with dignity. You will assist with daily tasks, personal care, cooking, budgeting, and activity planning in the community, while keeping records under the Care Act.

The role offers weekday and weekend pay rates (£13.75–£14.00/hour), with sleep-in shifts and bonuses for care certification completion and friend referrals; includes a company phone and 24/7 training support.
