Trauma-Informed Youth Mentor & Transport Support

YoungEducation Ltd is seeking passionate and resilient Youth Mentors to join our team. You will support young people who may present with challenging behaviours, collecting them from home, transporting them safely to educational settings, and supporting them throughout the day with mentoring and enrichment.

You will build trusting relationships, run 1:1 and small group activities, and apply trauma-informed approaches to promote wellbeing, confidence and motivation while maintaining safeguarding
